Hey There
"A NEW POSTURE has been created with the desire to teach Yoga as part of a more general well-being approach. Our goal is to create a space for individuals to slow down, to take a side step, to (re)connect, to have fun.
A NEW POSTURE, to experiment a new perspective, for a lighter body and a clearer mind."
All About Me
My name is Julie, and I developed A NEW POSTURE after turning 40 years old. Previously, I worked as a business consultant for some time. In 2021, I obtained my certification as a Yoga Teacher from the Svastha Yoga Teacher Training, which is a 200-hour program registered with Yoga Alliance.

Since then, I have been teaching yoga to small groups and in corporate settings. I am always curious to learn new teaching methods and deepen my own practice. I aim to bring yoga to people who feel they are too old or too busy to care for themselves. Yoga, to me, is not about fancy or complicated postures. It's about slowing down, and investing in our well-being. For aging gracefully. For being more mindful.

My interest in overall well-being extends beyond yoga, which is why I am currently pursuing a Bachelor in Psychology.
